God Save the Beer: Britain’s Brewing Traditions

Torino-Eataly

An exploration of Britain’s brewing traditions

The British Isles are best known for low-alcohol beers that still manage to maintain great complexity and dynamism. But there are many other traditional styles of brewing that are based on an alcoholic heft and rich body. Barley wine, imperial stout and old ale are just some examples that you will be able to sample during a unique and fascinating workshop dedicated to British beer. The beers will be paired with cheeses from the country.
