Spontaneous Fermentation: Lambic to Geuze

The Pajottenland is an agricultural region, south of the city of Brussels, which houses one of the most complex and popular brewery productions in the world, the Lambic.

In this workshop, the Beer Ambassadors of Quality Beer Academy tell the story and characteristics of this product through the tasting of some of the most particular conjugations.

Beer tasting: Lambic, Geuze Selection, Geuze Mariage Parfait/Black Label.
